SHIPPING

Free shipping is on all orders totaling $1000 or more and is curbside ONLY. Mattress is delivered to the curb and customer is responsible for the mattress at the curb. Other delivery services such as inside the door and in-home delivery are available for additional fees. Ask your sleep specialist for prices and details. Other merchandise will be delivered as usual to your door via Fed-Ex.

Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees.

Orders sent to Canada will incur additional fees for Canadian taxes, customs fees and duty.

Urban and remote addresses and deliveries with any special needs will require additional fees. The customer is responsible for any and all extra fees.

If an order is refused once it is shipped from the factory, the customer is responsible for all shipping, including outbound and return shipping. *When purchasing a discontinued item, there will be an additional 10% restocking fee if the order is cancelled after payment.  Canadian customers refusing orders in addition to these fees will also be responsible for Canadian taxes, customs fees and duty. 

If the merchandise arrives visibly damaged, refuse the order and call us immediately. We will replace your order as soon as possible as long as the freight bill is not signed. If the customer signs the freight bill from the carrier, he/she has accepted the product in good condition. Please check the order thoroughly before signing. Any damage claims after signed acceptance from the customer cannot be replaced as the customer has released the freight company from any liability.
