Our mattresses come with a 365-Day Sleep Trial. After receiving your mattress, we give you 365 days to sleep on it - risk free! We're that confident you're going to absolutely love sleeping on your new Dremata mattress! If you're not happy for any reason within the first year, call us. A sleep specialist will talk with you to answer any questions and resolve all concerns. If we aren't able to make you happy you may exchange or return your mattress. We just ask that you've slept on your mattress for at least 90 days before making a return. There are no hidden fees, no charges, and no complex policies - just pay return shipping. It's that easy!

The 365-Day Sleep Trial does not apply to Crib Mattress or Mattress Toppers which have a 90-Day Sleep Trial.

With the exceptions of our mattresses, mattress toppers, and custom orders any item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or in-store credit, as long as the product is received unused, unopened, and in it's original packaging. For example, our pillows can be returned if you do not open or remove their sanitary-seal pacakging. Please call 855-373-6282 for a return authorization number and instructions. No returns can be processed without a return authorization number.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, it is crucial that it be reported to us within 24 hours so we can notify the shipper for replacement and/or credit.

Dremata does not warrant our mattresses against allergic reaction and/or sensitivies, however when you hear about latex allergy problems, it is usually associated with latex gloves, condoms and balloons. The cheap latex used to make these inexpensive items is chemical based and high in proteins making them more prone to allergic reactions.

While there is no way to guarantee that you will not react negatively to the latex used in our mattresses, we make every effort to limit the possibility of an allergic reaction. In our almost 30 years in the mattress industry we have never encountered a problem with one of our latex mattresses due to allergies. The latex used in every Dremata natural latex mattress is washed several times with a natural vegetable-based soap to get rid of the natural proteins that cause allergic reactions. The open cell structure of the latex allows for thorough cleaning of the latex. Each individual layer of latex is wrapped in an organic cotton cover limiting direct contact with the latex.
