Dremata Mattresses strives to provide healthy alternatives to prescription drugs, chemicals and non-healthy ways of sleeping.

In 2003, having grave concerns for our family over the numerous health issues of sleeping, the founders of Dremata started a long search for information on building a mattress that was not only healthier, but friendlier to the environment. In 2007, with carefully collected data and studies from the world over and designs in hand, Dremata joined forces with a prominent and quality minded mattress factory, Quilting, Inc. of Plain City, Ohio.

Quilting, Inc. is an American success story that began on the west side of Columbus, Ohio in 1983. Today, Quilting, Inc. operates a 75,000 square foot factory in the rural community of Plain City, Ohio.

Dremata mattresses are manufactured using state-of-the-art equipment including 4 high performance Gribetz Tack & Jump quilters with pattern link capabilities, 4 Gribetz panel cutters, Porter Pillow Top System and 8 sewing stations that perform panel finishing and surging operations.

Dremata mattresses are made from the finest natural and organic materials- Organic wool, organic cotton and natural latex- available in the organic industry today.
